Dely was founded in 2007, the existing staff nearly a thousand people. We have the advanced technology and strong manufacturing capability, we also can provide customers from product design, mold manufacturing, injection molding, the secondary processing etc. a full range of products production services. For the mold design, we have many professional mold designers, they almost are graduated from the famous university, has many years of design experiences. Using UG, Pro/e, AutoCAD as the main design software, also using the simulation software Moldflow as mold flow analysis, it also implements the CAD to the CAM integration work. For the mold manufacturing, we have Germany DMG CNC，Japan Fanuc CNC and Sodick Wire cut and Mirror EDM, the accuracy can reach 0.005mm. The automatic clamping system can improve the processing size accuracy. Our mold manufacturing Capability 800 sets per year. For the injection, we have nearly one hundred sets of 60-1000T precision injection molding machine with the advanced mechanical hand .We also have some professional and technical personnel in the molding which has the richer experience, familiar with the Double injection molding, In-Mold Decoration technology injection molding, gas assisted injection molding, steam injection molding, Metal injection molding and Clean room injection molding etc. and other advanced injection technology. we are also able to produce high quality Rubber moulds and rubber products. For the secondary processing, we have the excellent processing equipment, has 100000 level clean room and spraying, silk screen production line, main processing Spray painting, UV coating, Silk /Pad printing, Hot-stamping, Hot-melt, plating, laser etching, water transfer printing, ultrasonic welding and Part assembly etc. to meet the customer’s demand. For the quality control, we have passed ISO9001、ISO14001,using ROHS tester, CMM, color difference meter, hardness tester and other sophisticated detection equipment, through the improvement of the quality management system, to ensure the quality of each product.
